This rental suite is located inside a large old heritage home on Weldon Street Sackville. The property owner is an older woman who is a nurse seeking to retire on a comfortable income from her job at the local hospital.
There might be a lot of greedy, opportunistic landlords in 2024... and a shortage of accommodation that is reasonably priced but that does not mean that the government will be able to offer any solutions.. since its the government's policies that created the problem of scarcity in the first place with their agenda and decisions to bring in too many newcomers, refugees, and immigrants when there is not enough housing units to put them into ... imagine that?
[It was just over a decade ago that our family moved to Sackville New Brunswick and rented an entire house with four bedrooms on three floors for only $550. Times have changed.. and not for the better.]
